Camera problem with Mydata TP9

few days ago the camera picture started jumping like a TV between signals.. the blue Cable between the control board and the computer was Broken (last 3 threads) so we changed it.. but the problem is still there.. tested with another machines Computer and camera.. no changes.. my best guess is that the board above the camera is broken.. and we dont have a replacement one either.. Any Ideas what might be wrong with it ?!
