All,

We had a power cut the today.

Machine times out on Actuators and Paste Dispenser hence it will not Initialise fully.

I have traced back each related card but all seem to check out fine. Next step is PSU (looks awkward to access)

Any ideas feel free to post just incase I am still at it when I next log on..

I assuming that you already have checked the fuses? Also, check all the power: +5V, +12V, +-24V, etc. We had to change our PSU once, after a major power-drop due to a thunderstorm. But you should be ok if you can pinpoint what type of voltage you are getting 0 of. Just plug in an external powersupply to feed this particulary voltage (of course you need to unplug the wires from the PSU accordingly), until you get a new one. We have done this several times. If this PSU is what I am thinking of; access it from the rear of the machine. Open the "slide door panel" on the lower rear left side of the machine, crawl in and find the PSU. Please let us now your status. /

It could sometimes even be easier to acess it from the lower right front; pull the card chassi gently out onto a firm & leveled ground, so that the cables in the rear end of the chassi Not get "pulled to much". You still need to "crawl in".
