Does anybody have experience in developing recolumn process for CCGA? What is the critical area to look at if we wants to develop this capability in house?

You might want to check with Six Sigma Services, they do this for a living, and might shed some light on the process. Myself, I'm comfortable re-balling a BGA, but I don't know about re-attaching columns...here's their web page:
