Im having problems with my ap 25. I get the air pressure fault alarm when it boots up so I bypassed the air pressure switch but I still get the alarm. The air routes through the machine as soon as I hit the on button, I thought it wasnt suppose to do that untill it got to the reading string file page. The air relay is good and I have the proper voltage on tb9 and tb3, I also checked I/O card 2 and everything is seated properly and the pico fuses are good. So if the machine has proper air pressure and I bypassed the air pressure switch how can I still get this alarm? I dont know . I'm starting to get violent thoughts about this machine.

I would measure the voltage on the yellow wire going to the air pressure sensor. Are you getting 24VDC? If so, maybe replace the input DC module on IO card #2. I think it is IDC module 8 on that board.

Try not to have too many violent thoughts. Deep breaths work well.
