Hello

We have notorious problem with TopazXi FNC head and bending head number one shaft. So far service can't find the root of problem. Looks like problem is related with nozzle station and head hit the station. All sensor head down, nozzle are correct.

Any idea maybe one of you had similar problem in past.

Have you had you head splines inspected for dirt or contamination which would cause heads to stick? Make sure the your Splines are not bent; that they are clean, and last that your nozzle station is taught correctly. How often do you service you equipment?
