Good machine! Just like most part libarys don't let the operators change part profiles. Haven't seen it place 0201's but 0402's have no problem. Tape splicing for the feeders is a problem. The eject wheel gets jammed with anything other than splice tape. The optimizer wiht the machine works good. What are you using for large parts?

We have CP60 in the last 2 years, and CP63 1 year. You should check your local C/S about spare part stock, service support, and training for your employees. My conclusion about Samsung Techwin MC's is: cheap, and working well. But dont except too much from them! Programming S/W has a lot of bugs, and also the M/C programming is a lot of time very difficult. Important: Befor buying check the version: CP60, CP60NEO etc. because some different between the M/C's.
