1. You should be running the machine from the computer and central contoller. (not the handheld or run button on machine) 2. What is the tep commands in your sequence steps....I think you need to have tep vision as the first step and tep vpass at the end of the sequence steps. (Its been a while so check this by looking in the programming manual)
