Subject: MYDATA electrical test transistors issue?

Trying to electrical test some transistors SOT-23, SOT323, SC70 and keep getting the no value obatined? What would cause this everything seems correct in all the part data, etc. In the parameters we have the option :) pnp: mechanical phase (2) level 2, lower and npn: mechanical phase (2) level 3, lower.
