Subject: How to choose a new solder paste
Hi, In our factory, we are using the solder paste from Multcore, LF300, but this solder paste will stop being manufacturing. So, I need to choose another solder paste to use in smt lines. I would like to know which criteria I should use to choose and test a new solder paste. Does anybody already do these tests and decisions to help me? Thanks!
