Triton SMT IV washer troubleshooting | 14 April, 2009

Could anyone tell me why the prewash tank will run for awhile and then the tank will fill and over fill. I am not too aware of the machine and trying to help. It looks like there are 3 different level switches. It looks they work properly for about 5 minutes then the water turns back on and stays running and overfills the tank. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You might try checking to see if the float switches are actually lifting up with the water level, I have seen them get stuck in the open position. Also check to see that the solenoid valve is actually sealing off (closed)
