This was we used for probe testing of 128-pad ASICS.
Has a custom built testing assembly with water cooled platform and vacuum for holding each ASIC.
Also comes with chiller.
Custom cold plate added to center.
The micromanipulator has a motor driven X-Y stage and stereo microscope.
