Prototyping / NPI Services Description:

This service is geared towards customers who require an intelligent, quick responsive team of dedicated engineering and assembly experts to handle their prototype/NPI needs. Qualitel has a separate dedicated SMT line and resources.  Qualitel no nonsense pricing not only allows the customer to understand their prototyping costs quickly up front, but also eliminates the quoting and transactional delays that so often lead to increased turn time.  Depending on the complexity of the order, Qualitel can often complete prototypes in as little as 24 hours. Our standard lead time is 2-5 days for most assembly-only jobs.

Qualitel offers a full complement of manufacturing services spanning all elements of the product life cycle from prototypes through repair. Qualitel offers full traceability in all our services and only use full-time employees to ensure the highest reliability. Qualitel uses state-of-the-art equipment and most of the equipment is 2011 or newer. We constantly add new capabilities to support customer requirements.
