Topaz Xi ll ERROR EA100 EMERGENCY STOP | 29 February, 2024

Strange error, I have looked at the schematic and checked all of the e-stop switches and they're good. The machine isn't connected to anything, but air and power.

Has anyone else seen anything like this? 1. When pressing the active button it beeps and lights up. 2. When pressing the Ready button there is a faint beep, but it doesn't light up.

All of the menus are grayed out I can't warm up the machine.

I'd be looking at the safety circuit as a whole. Grab a multimeter and make sure you get a full closed loop back to the safety relay, and see if the safety relay itself didn't go bad.

I don't know if it's the same in the XII series, but in the X series the emergency signal also passes through the electronics board on the head, cards in the computer, etc. - through ALL elements of the machine.
