GSM1 Axis Control Error Zeroing PWC

Well, we finally got the machine to power up and fully boot, but now we are having issues with zeroing the axes.

X, Y and Theta zero OK, and the board conveyor runs, but when it tries to zero the PWC, the rail moves to the rear of the machine, hits the limit switch, and gives the following error:

POS: AxisError = POSITION_FOLLOWING SubSystem Index 6: AXIS CONTROL ERROR Axis Command = 0 - Axis in Position, Number of Axes = 1, Pos Sys Status = -2 Axis Number: 9, Axis Type: 32, Status: -2

It looks like the motor, tach and encoder are working, and we've swapped the servo card with one from our spare machine with the same results. Only thing we can assume is the encoder is missing counts or some sort of calibration was lost while the machine was dormant.

Any ideas?

Since rear feeder bank can be in three different positions, machine must know which one it is. Check in Machine Setup, Parameters - Feeders (see attached image). It that's set wrong, machine will try to reach position out of range and will hit end switch.

All ready resolved. Looks like there was a loose cable on one of the modules, which would not allow it to command the low voltage servo module to run the motor in reverse.
