Our Philips Orion shows a L049 motor error immediately after we turn it on. Note that the Y axis servomotor was very hot prior to the last shutdown. Is this a problem with the motor or one of the boards?

Simon, Normally that error is caused by a bad motor but also there is a possibility that a driver board or even the servo board are defective and last but not least check all your cables and connections. finally let me mention that you can also receive technical support by sending your queries to the following email address APMRTechnical@kns.com
