Pace TF 1700 Software question

Has anyone had to reinstall the software for a Pace TF1700?

I have one here that the HDD crashed on. I replaced the HDD and installed the software that Pace sent me and when you try running the application is crashes right away. It uses the Matrox Mil-Lite 8 drivers.

Any suggestions?
