Manual Pick and Place Manuals | 13 September, 2012

I recently purchased two used manual pick and place rotary carousel machines. They did not come with any literature and I've searched Google, this forum, and a few others with no luck. Does anybody know where I could find the owners/operator manuals for the following machines?

Make DIMA Model SMFL2000

Make O.K. Industries Model SMT-8000

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

TIA

Optimize the pcb assembly layout can enhance the performance of the converter for switch-mode converters, excellent PCB layout is critical to the performance of the best system. If the pcb assembly layout is poorly designed, it may result in the following consequences: the control circuit generates too much noise and affect the stability of the system; pcb assembly trace excessive loss affect the efficiency of the system, resulting in excessive electromagnetic interference affecting the systemcompatibility. http://www.pcb-pcba.cn

The first one I found on Google images. Just a strait search http://www.google.com.au/search?q=Model+SMT-8000&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a Third item down. I used to own a near identical model except tat it had a Festo abel on it. The machines operation is basically self explanatry and so doesn't really require a manual. Similar story with the second item. First image in Google.

I did not desire the manuals to learn how to operate the machines, rather I wanted to know technical data such as the proper PSI for the air supply lines.

Try this page for the updated machine

An FP-100

about 85 psi. for this model. The basic machines are near identical , just newer plastic moldings.

I think I ran mine off a car inner tube and a 12V tyre pump, originally. So that would have been about 30 PSI.

Since the lines are not long and the air volume is not large (it is not running a vacuum generator like on a big SMT machine, something small and low pressure will work.)
